Welcome to the web site of Prompt Med Walk-In Centers for the treatment of injuries and illness. We never require an appointment and are committed to providing immediate and competent medical services.

We have two convenient North Carolina locations to serve you, on Battleground Avenue in Greensboro and on Hwy 751 near South Point Mall in Durham. Coming soon is our third location on Six Forks Road in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We have a variety of specialists on staff including Orthopedists, Family Practitioners, ENT’s and Gynecologists. This allows us to treat a wide variety of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses including:

• allergies and breathing problems
• minor cuts
• burns
• fractures, sprains and strains
• digestive problems
• rashes
• infections
• women’s health issues

We have lab, digital x-ray and physiotherapy facilities on site allowing us to treat most minor occupational and sports injuries.
Prompt Meds expert medical team is always led by at least one experienced physician, We are open seven days per week, 363 days per year, with no less than two providers in the building at all times! We are your alternative to the hospital emergency room or your private physician's office. For minor emergencies, Prompt Med saves you both time and money!
