Welcome to the web site of Prompt Med Urgent Care Centers for the treatment of injuries and illness. We never require an appointment and are committed to providing immediate and competent medical services.

We have three convenient North Carolina locations to serve you:

• Greensboro - Battleground Avenue
• Durham - Highway 751 near South Point Mall
• Raleigh - Six Forks Road North

We have a variety of specialists on staff including Orthopedists, Family Practitioners, ENT’s and Gynecologists. This allows us to treat a wide variety of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses including:

• allergies and breathing problems
• minor cuts
• burns
• fractures, sprains and strains
• digestive problems
• rashes
• infections
• women’s health issues

We have lab, digital x-ray and physiotherapy facilities on site allowing us to treat most minor occupational and sports injuries.
Our expert medical team is always led by at least one experienced physician, We are open seven days per week, 363 days per year, with no less than two providers in the building at all times!
